"Happy Deer" is a Q-version mascot photo spot set up by the Highway Bureau of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications to promote the concept of "Happy Highway". It combines the homonym of provincial highway (highway/deer) with local characteristics. This time, a special deer mascot was also created for the Tamkang Bridge. Holding a red balloon symbolizing hope and celebration, and with a posture that seems to dance along the curve of the Tamkang Bridge, it is even more special and cute.
