淡江大橋工區參訪將於115年1月31日截止 淡江大橋新建工程自開工以來，承蒙學術團體、工程專業界及社會各界之關注與支持，隨著工程進入最後收尾階段，並為確保後續通車前的各項壓力測試、系統整合與路面鋪設作業安全，工區現場參訪將於115年1月31日截止。

114年12月4日召開淡江大橋廉政平臺第11次定期聯繫會議 本分局今(114)年度參獎「第3屆透明晶質獎」榮獲「創新廉 能措施」類「優選」機關之肯定。淡江大橋工程採用 RFID 技 術、PMIS 資訊系統，以3D 雷射掃描技術精準測量、BIM 系統排序 降低工程界面衝突等，可以降低人為操作，有效預防廉政風險， 達到行政透明、科技防弊等廉能效益。其中淡江大橋廉政交流平 臺機制，提供本分局與各界公開交流對話管道及擔任與廠商間之 橋梁，除有效促成工程會修正契約範本、強化機關工程採購法治 觀念，並成功協處機關與廠商解決採購履約爭議問題。本分局於 114年8月29日舉行「第3屆透明晶質獎」實地評核會議，獲得透 明晶質獎各評核委員之高度肯定本分局導入廉政平臺機制，充分 展現開放政府、行政透明之決心。 淡江大橋主橋段工程現行進度為88.46%(截至114年11月30日 止)，淡江大橋於同(114)年9月16日舉行橋面合龍典禮後，備受 外界關心與矚目焦點即為淡江大橋完工與通車啟用時程，本次會 議將向各界主動說明「工程通車前各項施工作業」，以及現正施 作之淡江大橋橋面鋪設作業，係採用「GUSS 瀝青混凝土材料」進 行專(議)題報告，並前往主橋塔工區，以現勘方式讓各界瞭解各 工項施作進度，以及橋面鋪設 GUSS 瀝青材料之特殊性與困難性 等施工說明。淡江大橋工程位於在北部淡水、八里地區，於冬季 深受東北季風造成天候不佳、連日陰雨等各項氣候因素影響甚 鉅，造成施工難度增加。 本分局期透過本次聯繫會議，主動公開說明淡江大橋現階段 各項施工之特殊性與困難性，在士林地方檢察署、公共工程委員 會、法務部廉政署、調查局新北市調處新店站等各機關單位進行 跨機關(單位)交流，提出專業建議與回饋，共同關注現階段淡江 大橋工程進度與所遇困難，以完成國人對於淡江大橋順利如期、 如質、無垢完工與通車之高度期盼。

The Second Tamsui-Jiangmen Bridge Engineering Symposium will be held on October 14, 2025. The event has received enthusiastic responses and is already fully booked. This symposium will feature presentations on the construction history and innovative features of the Tamsui-Jiangmen Bridge, allowing participants to understand the current status of the project and share construction experiences. Continuing the spirit of "passing on the torch and sharing knowledge" from the first symposium, this year's symposium will focus more on valuable practical experience in the construction of large foundations, towers, steel beams, and cable tensioners. It is hoped that through professional discussions and the exchange of ideas, the professional capabilities and technical standards of bridge engineering in Taiwan will be improved. We thank all the experts for their enthusiastic response and support. The 308 places for the in-person conference were filled on September 5th, 2025, the first day registration opened. Those who registered after the limit was reached will be notified by email to participate in the online live stream. Due to venue space limitations, on-site registration is not possible. Those unable to attend in person can watch the entire conference live online and participate in sharing the construction experience before the opening of the Tamkang Bridge. The "Tamsang Bridge and Connecting Roads Construction Project" has undergone numerous rigorous tests since its commencement. Thanks to the construction team's efforts in overcoming various difficulties, it is gradually showing results. The final section of the Tamsui-Jiangmen Bridge at the Bali end was installed on September 16, 2025, marking a significant milestone in the bridge's closure and signifying that the goal of opening to traffic next year is now in its final countdown.
